Part 1: End Captain's Log
Captain Parry leaves her position as commanding officer of the Frontier after she is promoted to Rear Admiral, and Commander Matthew Datcher is promoted to Captain. All this occurs just before setting off on a dangerous mission. The Frontier is joined by the USS Avenger and the USS Zenyth.

Part 2: Heading for Choltok IV
The mission team receives a tip as to the location of a dangerous Romulan weapon. A battle breaks out during the attempt to find it.

Part 3: Picking Up the Pieces
The battle continues as Admiral Parry deals with a frightening situation.

Part 4: Surprise
One warbird down, but more follow.
